Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (NDS) is hosting an online Peanut Butter and Jelly (PB&J) Drive to enable broad and meaningful participation in Hunger Action Month. Hunger Action Month is observed nationally each September.
This annual food drive helps to stock the shelves of NDS’ network of over 50 food cupboards throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and to benefit those who do not have access to nutritious sustenance. This effort is especially critical during these unprecedented and challenging times.
Those interested in helping our neighbors in need can support NDS’ Community Food Program by purchasing items online through You Give Goods at https://yougivegoods.com/ndspbj.
All goods donated now through Friday, October 23rd will be distributed to NDS’ network of food cupboards throughout the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
In addition, participating faculty, staff, students and families at schools across the Archdiocese are also encouraged to collect PB&J by utilizing a “Drop and Go” Food Drive set-up.
For more information on the PB&J food drive, please contact Denise Hopkins, Administrator, NDS Community Food Program at 215-895-3470 ext. 77823 or email@example.com.
